Our growing company is seeking to hire a Cloud Service Coordinator who will assist our Service Delivery Managers in organizing initiatives and projects. This role involves creating, maintaining, and reporting project plans, schedules, work hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The project portfolio will range from internal to client facing projects running in Private Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

To be successful as a Cloud Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Cloud Services Coordinator

  • Creating, maintaining, and reporting for project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

  • Creating reports or dashboards to track team and project related key metrics.

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Communicate interdepartmentally to ensure client/Logicworks goals and needs are clear and addressed in a timely manner

  • Be extremely organized and highly detail oriented to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Determining project scope changes.

  • Providing administrative support as needed.

  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

  • Developing project strategies.

  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.


  • College Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years managing projects, preferably including client facing role

  • Familiarity with JIRA, Excel/Office, Salesforce

  • Able to learn new systems/software quickly

  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and quick deadlines

  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS and Azure

Ideal prior experience

  • MSP background is a plus

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
