Job Title: Cloud Sales Director
Duration: FTE
Location: Remote with some travel

Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner (CSP), Cloud-managed service provider, and implementation partner seeking a motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Director to sell Cloud and Services solutions.
The primary job focus is to sell technology software products and related services. Identifies, qualifies, and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts, including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. The ideal candidate is to maximize revenue growth and increase market share.
Leading contributor, providing direction and mentoring to others. 8-10 years of technology sales experience and 2-3 years of consulting or cloud infrastructure sales experience. Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new business. Business development, prospecting, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Travel will be required—Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Compensation:

Market Salary. Pay Range: from $110,000 to $140,000 per annum, plus a 30% Sales Incentive plan

Responsibilities
You will understand what motivates customers to buy and what drives the industry to grow faster and know how to tap into those needs effectively.
You will be responsible for encouraging long-term strategic relationships within select high-profile enterprise accounts.
You will develop a robust, qualified pipeline and handle strategic and customer-centric account planning, crafting, owning, and forecasting.
You will be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy, architect, and adopt solutions.
Nurture client relationships by building trust, partnership, and an emotional connection to the Astute’s brand and team.
Gain access and build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders, and decision-makers.
Build and execute key sales and business development initiatives to improve awareness of Oracle OCI and increase the sales pipeline.
Successfully prospect into your assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities.
Travel as required.
Skills/Experience Required:
Ten years of tech Sales experience and 2-3 years of consulting sales or cloud infrastructure sales experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in selling Oracle Cloud infrastructure, engineered systems database, and on-prem ERP (PeopleSoft, EBS, and Banner) to C suite Executives.
Understanding of key tech sales plays for OCI, such as move and improve, modern data platforms, it estate modernization
