Are you an expert when it comes to collaboration tools like O365, Skype for Business and Exchange? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?
We're looking for a IT support analyst to:
Manage integration of the Office Suite on O365 i.e. Exchange, Skype, Teams, SharePoint, AD (FS), OneDrive, etc
Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure.
Document changes to the systems using change management best practices.
Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
Assist with the migration of large volumes of data into the cloud platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements (based on defined SLAs).
Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution in line with the sourcing governance framework.
Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our business.
Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution
Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard.
Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services.
Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
Maintain a knowledge database.
The Collaboration services (CS) team is a dedicated function that resides under the UBS Technology Operation Center (TOC) support function. As part of the CS Team the successful candidate will perform hands-on tasks to migrate, manage and maintain our Microsoft O365, on prem Exchange 2016 and Skype for Business Offerings and related technologies
