Short Description

The Cloud Ops Team will focus on keeping the Cloud Operation optimally running in the Cloud Services Provider environment of choice (Azure). We rely on our Cloud operations team to support the enterprise services and our lab partners to maintain availability, service continuity and scalability as the business grows. All required tasks are delivered via the ITIL stack where teams and individuals are measured against pre-determined SLAs which are mandated by the business

In accordance with Architectural design, implement and deploy Cloud based network Solution in Azure other Cloud Service Provider (CSP) platform as is required by the business to support Avaya's operational environment. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for Azure Cloud networking solutions.

This includes planning, requirements, development, testing, quality assurance and ongoing maintenance. Deploy and maintain Azure Cloud based NVA, Systems and services to include (but not limited to) Azure native solutions, AVS (Azure VMWare Services and third party NVA like Palo Alto firewalls, Versa SD-WAN, A10 load-balancers and other technologies as required. Perform configuration tasks such as addition, deletion, or modification to system/service parameters to support Avaya business requirements. Troubleshooting and debugging of the Azure environment and how it cross-connects to On-premises data centers leverage multiple Telco connectivity. o Manage Azure Express Routes o SD-WAN NVA in the Cloud o Azure Route Servers / (Services) o vNet, vNet Peering, PowerShell o Azure Monitoring o Azure Backup Technology o Blob Storage,

Minimum of 5 years working experience in an IT organization where Network Security, Network/Cloud Operations was a key component of the role and customer facing technical support.

Minimum 2 years' experience working with Azure Cloud Services

Hands-on experience with the following products and technologies … o Azure Networking, VMWare, GCP and or AWS - required. o A10 ADCs and load balancers - desirable o SDWAN, Zero Trust (ZTNA) - desirable
