As a cloud computing infrastructure architect, you know how to utilize cloud capabilities. On our team of experienced professionals, you'll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. You'll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to design, develop, test, and deploy cloud solution components. You'll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to create and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal AWS Labs, you'll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our client's problems and partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. You Have:

• 4+ years of experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch

• 4+ years of experience in the implementation of cloud technologies, including AWS

• Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline

• Experience with programming in Python for automation and scripting tasks

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)tools, including Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

• Experience in working with data manipulation libraries, including Pandas, and data serialization formats, including JSON and XML

• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models

• Knowledge of networking concepts and AWS networking services, including VPC, subnets, security groups, and routing

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with managing and optimizing databases on AWS, including RDS and DynamoDB

• Experience with DevOps practices and methodologies

• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and work with third-party APIs

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
