RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid

Flexible Work Arrangement: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site in Newark, OH, Orlando, FL or Miami, FL. Thursday & Friday remote work option.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff

  • Manage PNB's Endpoint Services team lifecycle activities including the design, scheduling, build, deployment, patching, and vulnerability remediation of user endpoint capabilities

  • Lead the evolution of endpoint product design and configuration standards in collaboration with the ITSM, Cloud Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and key business stakeholders and represent the endpoint management function in the Enterprise Architecture Review Board

  • Champion and communicate the endpoint strategy across all enterprise stakeholders ensuring awareness and transparency

  • Coordinate the delivery of new and updated user endpoints based on project priorities and requirements

  • Plan for and manage the deployment of new end user applications and their respective updates in accordance with business and technology needs

  • Plan for and execute the endpoint migration from qualified physical and VMWare VDI devices to a MS Azure AVD based architecture

  • Generate reports providing key reporting indicators for the endpoint management function

  • Coordinate the recurring vulnerability evaluation, remediation, and patching lifecycle for endpoint products in partnership with the Enterprise VTM Manager and Cyber team

  • Manage the administration of Azure-native AVD user endpoint related capabilities

  • Build a culture focusing on excellent service, metrics-driven, standards-based continuous improvement, and collaboration across all levels of the organization

  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or combination of relevant work experience, preferred

  • Technical certifications directly related to the job responsibilities, preferred

  • Specific Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across functional lines and at all levels within the organization

  • Critical and strategic thinker with the ability to lead with integrity and driving accountability

  • Deep knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) architecture, administration, security, and deployment automation

  • Advanced administration experience with O365, Azure Active Directory/Entra, and other relevant Azure cloud products

  • Experience with automation capabilities like Terraform, Ansible, SCCM, PowerShell, Azure AVD, VMware Horizon, and thin client management.

  • Experience with providing enterprise-level support of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory Group Policies and best practices

  • Experience with leading the deployment of software through an enterprise management tool including the repackaging of software installers and drivers

  • Experience with the definition, refinement, and support of operational processes and procedures in a regulated or formally audited enterprise

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to prioritize and multitask according to business and technical needs

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position a contract role, with a possibility of conversion. Hybrid workplace schedule expected on-site days (M, T, W) in either Central Ohio, Orlando or Miami, Florida. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
