Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs. As a Manager, you have extensive level abilities understanding of one or both of the following areas:

  • Working with cloud platforms and the technologies that make them work. (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform); and,
  • Working with IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models. (ITIL, ServiceNow).

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Bringing together the right perspectives, identify roadblocks, and integrate feedback from clients and team members;

  • Managing delivery from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping the client's goals in mind;

  • Having a passion for developing and growing team members;

  • COBIT, Remedy, Service Catalogue, CMDB ; and,
  • Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Our consultants will deliver proof-of-concept projects, topical workshops, and lead implementation projects. These professional services engagements will focus on key customer solutions such as, web applications, enterprise applications, HPC, batch processing and big data, archiving and disaster recovery, education and government. Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base and are obsessed about strong success for the Customer. Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs. This is a customer facing role.
