Mutual Mobile is looking for a Cloud Alliance Manager that will be the focal point of contact for maintaining and growing our partnerships with cloud vendors.

The Cloud Alliance Manager is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with preferred cloud partners and will lead the development of technical relationships and revenue or product opportunities with market partners.

In this role you will have ownership and accountability for all aspects of alliance partner strategy including market opportunity, integrations capabilities, management of technical delivery, and marketing content development. The role will have revenue responsibility and be measured on the ability to build and manage productive partnerships that produce incremental revenue for Mutual Mobile's business

This person thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is excited about working at the forefront of a growing technology field. The Cloud Alliance Manager will work closely with all members of Mutual Mobile's marketing, engineering, design, and management and report to Mutual Mobile's leadership team.

This role will be heavily invested in the local Austin market, however travel requirements to other locations may be required up to 25%


  • Building strong, trusted relationships within Mutual Mobile's strategic partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to identify and create revenue-generating opportunities.

  • Manage the partner relationship to ensure that assigned partners engage in proactive sales opportunity generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.

  • Develop, execute, and manage campaigns and events that drive and create demand for Mutual Mobile's products and service capabilities.

  • Effectively communicate alliance partner goals, requirements, successes, and growth throughout to ensure Mutual Mobile's program success.

  • Creating new opportunities with our partners' sales and pre-sales teams

  • Partner communities as a Mutual Mobile's evangelist. Coordination of efforts (including account executives, sales engineers, solution engineers, training specialists, and product managers) to enhance channel partner understanding

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to collectively generate new business opportunities


Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales/ channel sales at a leading technology company

  • 2+ years in selling role at, with or to AWS/Microsoft/GCP or with a major cloud partner

  • Expert-level knowledge in cloud computing concepts, Software development life cycle, and reference architectures for the top cloud platforms including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

  • Proven track record and experience with direct, partner and ISV sales teams

  • Experience driving new business at /with Microsoft/AWS/GCP

  • Strong relationships with Austin market channels, however travel requirements to other locations may be required up to 25%

  • AWS, Azure, or GCP, certifications or the ability to obtain certification in 6 months.

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
