General Summary: The Clothing Department Associate is responsible for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining the Apparel department, assisting customers, and any other duties assigned by the Apparel Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Check in with manager at the start/end of shifts, complete daily checklists provided by manager. • Responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of department. • Answer and complete any apparel-related phone calls. • Ensure all product styles/colors/sizes are well represented on the salesfloor. • Notify manager if signage is needed for sales floor. • Assist and complete special orders for customers; gather proper information and give to the department manager. • Overall merchandising of the department in accordance with manager direction. • Assist manager with suggested orders. • Assist with seasonal merchandising of department. • Assist in receiving goods as needed: both regular and seasonal orders. • Assist cashiers with apparel returns/damaged product/defective goods. • Assist with customer issues/concerns on apparel goods. • Work with the manager to set signage and merchandise for sales. Education/Training:
