Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Division Closing Manager to manage our conveyancing team located in our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee a team of Closing Coordinators to ensure that the following is adhered to:

• Agreement of Sale paperwork is processed in a timely manner and any issues are identified andresolved.

• Coordinate and schedule home buyer closings, ensure the closing paperwork is ready, prepareclosing documents as needed.

• Prepare and reconcile, but not limited to, weekly and monthly reports, as well as any ad hoc reports

• requested from Operations or Corporate Closing.

• Monitor new community openings and first closings at the community to ensure a process is in place.

• Attend quarterly Division Manager meetings as well as hold their own department meetings.

• Hire and train new employees, depending on the size of the team in place.

• Mentor and develop team members to provide ongoing training and address questions.

Qualifications

• Related experience in residential real estate sales and closing
• Great customer service skills and experience communicating with customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word), ability to learn other systems
• JD Edwards World and Enterprise One experience helpful but not required
