Our agency is a leader in providing evidence-based services and treatment for those with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or complex family problems. Our agency offers more than 100 programs serving children, adolescents, transition-age youth, adults and families in the Central, Eastern and Metrowest regions of Massachusetts.

The Clinician will provide individual or family therapy using CBT-based treatments for cases as assigned. Case assignments are assigned based on interest, experience, and appropriateness of fit and may include individuals with a variety of clinical presentations.
Individuals receiving services are primarily funded by DDS, DMH, or DCF. Age ranges served include children and adolescents as well as young adults, adults and elders. In addition, the Clinician is responsible to complete all required documentation and participate in treatment planning and team meetings as identified.
Per diem Clinicians will be asked to meet for clinical supervision and are expected to work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical services to individuals in his or her caseload. The ideal candidate is someone who is flexible, and has good teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
Master's degree in Social Services related field, plus relevant training and experience in providing individual and family therapy
Candidate must have leadership skills, be flexible, and have excellent time-management skills as well as effective verbal and written communications skills
Candidate must have a reliable vehicle for travel to appointments in an office or home-based setting
This is a per-diem position
