Join our OnCourse Maine team located in Bangor and work with veterans in the home and in community settings.

OnCourse Maine is an "outpatient clinic without walls" providing intensive community-based services to veterans. OnCourse Maine consists of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who utilize a client-centered, recovery-based community approach to support veterans with chronic mental illness improve and maintain their independence. The multidisciplinary team may include a licensed clinician (LCSW, LCPC), a Case Manager, a Nurse, and a Daily Living Support Specialist, among others. Oversight and guidance is provided to the team by the Veterans Administration.

Requirements

Must possess a Masters degree in counseling and/or social work and have Maine licensure as a LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC or LCPC-C.
Prior experience in completing diagnostic assessments, writing treatment plans and utilizing evidence-based treatment practices are required.
Related field experience working with adults with chronic mental health needs is strongly encouraged, but not required.
Must have a valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and pass a background check and DHHS Maine Child Protective Services check.
Experience with Veterans and Veterans Services preferred.
Experience in providing trauma treatment preferred.

VIEW JOBS Job Description Summary The Sr. Factory Commodity Site Leader will be responsible for all sourcing activities required so the site can purchase material at the lowest cost and in the most efficient manner to support operations. This includes managing and negotiating contracts for suppliers not covered by a global contract. They will also make sure the site properly executes global contracts and represents the sites so that future global contracts result in the best possible outcome for the site. In addition, this role will have responsibility for overseeing the team's responsibilities at multiple factory sites. Job Description Essential Responsibilities As the Sr. Factory Commodity Site Leader you will: * Lead the assigned non-global commodities for the site to achieve variable cost productivity, cycle reduction and cash flow. * Lead the supplier selection, qualification, development, and overall supplier management, including managing the entire contract life cycle from Request for Proposal to supplier exit (for the commodities not covered by a global contract) * Balance strategy development with the tactical execution necessary to execute cost reduction projects through contract negotiation, process changes, and implementation of sustainable cost controls, including collaboration with Finance to validate the impact of projects and contract negotiations to the general ledger * Develop technical and market expertise to support the site spend * Create and enforce business policies to meet business targets and customer needs, including improving procurement processes and optimizing sourcing resources to enhance the customer experience with sourcing and engineering teams to identify and implement direct material productivity ideas to minimize total cost * Work closely with engineering, commercial team, procurement team and supplier quality engineers to ensure fulfillment and quality requirements are achieved * Align with logistics and commercial teams to ensure adequate regional capacities exist to minimize transportation costs and meet localization requirements * Identify and assess supplier capabilities, and measure and manage supplier performance * Negotiate lowest possible cost while maintaining the highest quality of goods and services * Lead NPI costing: from design through first unit delivery, leading RFQ, negotiations and supplier award (for commodities not covered by global contract) * Ensure global contracts are executed properly and market shares are followed * Lead supplier negotiations regarding claims/recovery * Actively support supplier fulfilment issue resolution as the first level of escalation from a commercial standpoint. Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university * Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience in Sourcing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and/or Supply Chain.
