Program: Maine Foster Care and Community Programs, Out Patient and Home and Community Programs

Salary: Annual $45,000-$54,000 PT $43.25 per hour

Description of Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and support in an in-home or office based setting

• Create client driven treatment plans

• Develop and connect to community based resources

• Provide guidance and supervision to Direct Care professionals
