Our client, a leading mental healthcare treatment program, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based modalities.
  • Provide therapy services including individual, group, and family therapy utilizing CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed care.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups on topics related to substance abuse, mental health, and coping skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and ensure integrated treatment planning.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing referrals and resources as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is preferred.
  • A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or another related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention techniques, with a focus on client-centered and strengths-based approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, build therapeutic alliances, and engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
  • Experience in working with higher levels of care (IOP, PHP).
