Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinician at our Fitchburg location.

The Fitchburg Counseling Center provides strength-based individual and group therapy to adults, couples, children, and families. Our clients are receiving therapy for a variety of things including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders and more. Our team of clinicians are dedicated to providing quality integrated, therapeutic interventions to our clients.

Clinicians at the Fitchburg Counseling Center provide individual and group therapy, complete strength-based comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and work with clients to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

1.Provide direct clinical treatment to adults, children, and adolescents as represented in the caseload through: - diagnostic evaluations and screenings - crisis/emergency assessment and intervention - treatment planning and assessment - individual, group, couple and family therapy2. Participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.3.

Consult with area schools, doctors, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers & hospital networks regarding clients, client services & case management.4. Maintain client records and administrative records according to Center policy.5. Maintain unit productivity standard according to collective bargaining agreement.6.

Attend administrative staff meetings as required.7. Attend in-service education, clinical supervision and professional meetings as required.8. Perform other job related duties as assigned.9. If Clinician IV, may provide clinical supervision of staff or Utilization Review.

Qualifications

  • Grade 7- Clinician III: Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the individual is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Grade 8- Clinician IV: Master's degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist

  • 2 years of experience in the area of practice necessary.

  • All candidates will be subject to a CORI review as outlined in the regulations set by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. For more information, click here.
