Job Description

As a Clinician, you will provide clinical services to assigned client caseloads, including individual and family therapy through regular family contact and home visits. You will maintain client records, produce reports and documentation for third-party billing, and fulfill licensing/accreditation requirements. Your role includes maintaining regular contact with client/family collaterals to support treatment planning and attending meetings as needed. You will participate in developing and implementing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP), monitoring client progress, and providing crisis intervention. Additionally, you will offer clinical oversight and informal supervision to team members on assigned cases. The role requires flexibility to provide on-call after-hours coverage as part of a rotating schedule and maintaining professional competency and licenses.

Hard Skills

• Master's Degree in a relevant field

• Comfortable working with children and families in DCF

• Experience in conducting home visits

• Capacity to produce detailed reports and documentation for billing and accreditation

Soft Skills

• Ability to articulate case formulations and assessments

• Capacity to maintain therapeutic relationships

• Effective crisis management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Easthampton/Springfield, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a typical office setting and traveling to client homes and community settings. The caseload ranges between 8-12 cases per week, with clients aged 2 to 22 years.
