Job Description Summary

The Clinical Works Manager will be a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield account team for a national portfolio of clinics. This individual will be responsible for creating a team culture built on cross-functional internal and external partnerships leveraging trusting relationships, technology, workplace design, amenities, and services to help drive a seamless clinical workplace experience. The end result ensures clinics and stakeholders feel heard, productive, healthy, and happy in a frictionless workplace.

The Clinical Works Manager will leverage account data (both quantitative and qualitative) to support and enhance the medical clinic employee workplace experience, partnering with leadership and cross functional teams to implement the most effective and meaningful solutions. This individual will be responsible for the success of both internal and external day-to-day relationships. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, showcase a contagiously positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to partner across all service lines in a faced-paced clinical environment.

We are looking for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented, self-starter who will thrive in situations where they can interactively problem solve and develop partnerships. This position works from a home office however occasionally visits clinical locations within a designated region. All computer equipment and transportation will be supplied.

Job Description


  • Work with cross functional teams in Facilities Management, Design, Strategy and Communications to help build and implement Client-specific programs focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences in the workplace.

  • Monitor in-person monthly clinic inspections to ensure the highest customer satisfaction in partnership with the Facilities Management, Janitorial, Project Management and all other integral service lines

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to act as a dual-advocate, sharing feedback for continuous operational improvement and growth. Share information with leadership and cross functional teams.

  • Act as the voice of the clinics and Center Administrators, communicating their feedback to the appropriate Cushman & Wakefield service line.

  • Act as the face of Cushman and Wakefield and Humana to ensure each clinic receives the utmost care, understanding and urgency as well as providing hands-on assistance and training when required.

  • Help implement experience related guidelines, best practices, and standards for employees and cross-functional service teams.

  • Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the employee experience.

  • Support the development of short and long term tactical plans and programs for the innovation of workplace amenities and services based on strategic plans and user data.

  • Ensure complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions from employees are addressed and conduct follow-up, if needed

. Provide "White Glove" service to Executives and key Stakeholders. Ensure prompt and efficient follow up on any issues/ requests.

  • Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.


1.Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.

Four-year college/university degree


Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in healthcare, real estate services, travel/hospitality, brand/product management, management consulting, or change management.


This is a hybrid role, operating both in a home office and clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

In this role, you would lead a team of Hosts who serve as cultural ambassadors, community advocates, and service leaders in their workplace. The Experience team members you would manage are responsible for providing services for a building, campus, or portfolio, with the goal of ensuring that operations and policies align with client needs and objective. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drives consistent, quality, service through supervision of other Host employees and third parties supporting multiple Workplace Experience Services. Services include, but are not limited to: Concierge, Reception / Switchboard, Room Management, A/V Support, Meeting & Event Management, Community Programs, Workplace Coaching & Onboarding, Food Services, Parking & Commute, Bicycle & Local Shuttle, Supported Employment, Company Store, Pet Programs, Document Services, Mail Services, Record Archiving, Office Supply Management, Moves, Adds, Changes, Furniture Management, Space Reset, Workplace Onboarding Manages a team in one or more offices; provides direction on employee management (e.g., recruitment of talent, performance management, etc.); makes recommendations on budgets and cost reductions. Owns the site operating budget and makes recommendations on annual budgets. Adheres to approved budget.
