The Clinical Sales Training Manager directs and executes all clinical training programs and maintaining all training records for North America. Assists with Sales Representative and Clinical Application Specialist clinical development, both in the field and through corporate training events.


  • Assists with creating and delivering clinical curriculum to ensure consistent clinical education involving procedures and new and existing products for Clinical Application Specialists and Regional Training Specialists.

  • Communicates and works closely with the Global Training Manager, guest physicians, and all presenters to schedule clinical sales training activities.

  • Helps to identify training needs to increase the quality and clinical effectiveness of the Company's Sales Force and Clinical Application Specialist teams.

  • Works in collaboration with the Global Sales Training Manager in the coordination and delivery of all training at the Global Training Meeting (GTM) and other key training events throughout the year.

  • Responsible for inventory of Training Center stock and submitting repair requests as needed for Training Center equipment

  • Responsible for working with the Education Coordinator to ensure student registration, online video assignments, pre-course assignments, hotels booked, meals/dinners booked, transportation, copies for classes, room set up/break down and other logistical components for each class.

  • Responsible for the set-up of all materials, presentations, and equipment related to clinical training to ensure the class runs smoothly.

  • Facilitates all clinical training labs, as well as some sales presentations during the course.

  • Works closely with the Marketing Department to ensure all students receive the proper materials and all content for training department has run through MAPPS for approval.

  • Assists with global re-certifications.

  • Responsible for updating all training records and organization of Training shared drive.

  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) Video Learning System.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of an associate degree in Radiologic Science, Education, or a related area of study required.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mammographer and Breast Ultrasound Technologist, with extensive experience in vacuum assisted, minimally invasive, biopsy procedures required.

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

  • AART Certification in Radiologic Technology required.

  • AART Certification in Ultrasonography Technology required.

  • AART Certification in Mammography Technology required.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • First-hand knowledge of Company products preferred

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.

  • Typical work-related travel assignments range from 5-7 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.

May be requested to work overtime and weekends for special program events
