Tell me about this job – The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) is responsible for the day to day management and leadership of their assigned field clinical operations team. This may include, but is not limited to, Care Coordinators, High Risk Case Managers and Social Workers. The CTM participates in the hiring and on boarding of new colleagues and the continued clinical development of all colleagues. This position ensures staff understand and adhere to established clinical protocols and processes. This position may work with internal and external partners, local leadership and centralized operational teams to deliver efficient compliant processes that result in a positive member and provider experience.

Position Title: Clinical Paragon Solution Analyst Location: Remote Core Responsibilities: The Clinical Paragon Solution Specialist is responsible for providing functional and technical support of a verity of clinical customers with Paragon systems with focus on Work Station for Physicians (WSP) functionally. This position is responsible for clinical system support including but not limited to normal maintenance of business, upgrades, system maintenance, and project management. The individual is responsible for the analysis, recommendations for corrective action and resolution of problems within the software application. The Clinical Applications Analyst works as part of a team of IT professionals in a unique, exclusively health care environment. As a member of this team, you will offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The teams' focus is to utilize critical thinking to evaluate and resolve customer issues in a creative and timely manner. Team members are expected to be become the experts for their application and have strong knowledge of clinical IT processes supported by team. Team members are also expected to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. The role of the Clinical Paragon Solution Specialist also encompasses the following: * The application candidate will be able to communicate, work with customers, vendors, internal teams on a professional level while being customer service oriented. * The candidate will need to be adjusted to time sensitive projects and deadlines as well. * Seeks direction as needed from senior team leader. * The candidate will be expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and subscribe to the team charter. * In addition, candidate will be required to conduct basic to advance research required of each project. * Provide support and development and Research and Problem solving relating to Paragon clinical application * Ensure PHI Patient Health Information is secured under the HIPAA guidelines and requirements. * Ensure information from creation to consumption adheres to Information Security guidelines. * Ensure information is dealt with in the strictest of confidence and discretion. * Use appropriate channels of communication within the Office of External Affairs. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelors in Computer Science / Business / MIS/Healthcare; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. * Knowledge and experience of Paragon McKesson/Allscripts Clinical Solutions Required specializing in WSP * Three (3) to ten (10) years' experience in healthcare applications, specifically McKesson/Allscripts Paragon * ITIL certification preferred or in process of obtaining certification * Strong working knowledge of Information Technology and Information Systems * Strong working knowledge/experience of Healthcare applications * Strong working experience in working with Paragon McKesson/Allscripts system support. * Proficiency with Paragon reporting tools and/or technical knowledge required * Excellent written communication and presentation skills * Cross functional solution development expertise * Demonstrated cross functional teamwork and collaboration * Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously * Excellent analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions/options, evaluate and enable improved processes * Working knowledge of and experience with industry data formatting standards, e.g., HL7 2.x, 3.x, EDI, CDA, XML Preferred Qualifications: * Experience relating to finance and/or supply chain processes in a healthcare facility is preferred. * Experience working with Excel to CI's, interfaces with third party systems, customized workflow approvals process, query writing, knowledgeable in foundation tables and dependencies is preferred.
