Serves as a Clinical Teaching Assistant to faculty in the Texas A&M University School of Nursing. Works under the supervision of a Master's or Doctorally prepared nursing faculty member primarily in the clinical setting. Assists nursing faculty with the supervision of students during clinical learning experiences.

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience.

Clinical expertise to function effectively and safely in the designated area of teaching.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with other.
Ability to perform all tasks and job responsibilities safely without injury to self and others in compliance with A&M System and HSC guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Supervision of Students: Functions in the role of clinical supervisor. Assisting faculty with the supervision of students' skills performance, student evaluation, and other aspects of student learning in the clinical setting.
Clinical Setting: Consults with a nursing faculty member in clinical settings.
Occasional classroom assistance may be requested for activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
