As a Clinical Systems IT Educator you will utilize adult learning principles to implement a variety of teaching strategies appropriate to learner needs, desired learner outcomes, content, and context. You will provide onboarding and ongoing education for clinical information systems for providers, nursing, ancillary, and other care team members as needed. You will contribute to the development and delivery of evidence-based curriculum to improve staff understanding and utilization of clinical information systems. You will effectively manage education related to the implementation of existing and new technology within the health system in order to support clinical care team members. You will positively promote change through effective change management skills.
