What We Offer
$18.52-$22.68/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You'll Do:
Manage and update reports and registries for the PCHH team.
Conduct audits for procedures and data. Identify process improvement ideas.
Facilitate Release of Information forms, handle mail and faxes
Provide Obstetrics support and chart review assistance to PA/NP, and support staff as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Associate's Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school preferred
One year's experience working in an office setting, preferably a medical or dental office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 9 for bilingual differential pay
Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions
Ability to effectively interact with patients, providers, and staff in a professional manner
Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, Word, and Excel
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is desired
