Program Overview:

The Counseling Team at Parker specializes in serving individuals ages 9 and older. Services provided include groups, individual, play and family therapy. Master's level and licensed clinicians specialize in providing evidence-based treatment that is proven successful. In addition, our team includes behavioral health medical providers and RNs who provide psychiatric assessments and follow-up medication appointments

Location:

This is a full-time position, that will support clinicians who work at our Outpatient Parker clinic. This position has direct oversight of therapists.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision and oversight of clinical staff at assigned locations and/or team(s).

Goals and Objectives:

  • Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization.

  • Monitor documentation and oversee clinical care delivery to ensure regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements are met.

  • Foster staff development and competency through supervision, coaching, trainings and in-services, team meetings.

  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training.

  • Promote positive culture of collaboration within AllHealth Network.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Manager and Director to develop department objectives and strategies to maximize staff efficiencies and operations that support organizational strategies and initiatives.

  • Assist and develop a successful and cohesive team, with high level of productivity and accuracy to achieve performance metrics.

  • Promote positive working environment for staff; understanding the importance of team-based care in service delivery.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations (development and supervision) of the team to ensure performance standards are met.

  • Oversee administrative functions of the team including human resource management, staff performance and competencies, monitoring department productivity, reviewing department policies and procedures, and monitoring individual staff workloads/assignments.

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching and mentoring to staff. Provide expertise and knowledge of case management, case discussion and consultation/supervision, and professional development opportunities. Directly manage complicated case management requests from clients, providers or staff.

  • Implement case management workflows and standard work processes, as well as department policies and procedures.

  • Perform audits of assessments, care plans and service notes to verify cases are properly managed and client coordination activities are occurring and appropriately documented.

  • Proactively monitor defined metrics to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with program standards.

  • Act as a resource to answer questions and assist peers and management with delegated tasks and projects.

  • Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring delivery of billable services and utilizing, monitoring and collecting data for decision making and program improvements.

  • Maintain a positive, ethical, and professional working relationship with community, government agencies, and other professionals.

  • Participate and contribute to departmental meetings, team huddles, rounds, supervision and other meetings, as needed, to ensure cohesive department operations.

  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training.

  • When relevant, oversee the delivery of case management services consistent with ethical and professional standards established by CMSA and disciplines pertinent to the employee.

  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.

  • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines.

  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

Education:

  • Master's degree in a related clinical field such as Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling.

  • Clinical license required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • Animal Assisted Therapy experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and familiarity of case management concepts, principles and strategies and the ability to apply such knowledge in supervising staff engaged in providing direct service.

  • Knowledge of program development, planning and evaluation.

  • Demonstrated ability for assessment, evaluation, and interpretation of behavioral health information, and care planning.

  • Possess a high level of understanding of community resources, treatment options, funding options, and special programs.

  • Advanced written and oral communication, decision making and problem solving skills, efficient time management and multi-tasking ability.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team; collaborating with other internal and external teams.

  • Ability to build, engage and motivate teams; understanding and utilizing team approach to care delivery.

  • Ability to accept direction and delegation of work under the supervision of a superior.

Salary: $70,000 - $83,000 annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
