The OD#T Clinical Staff Development Specialist is responsible for the orientation, training, and development of KidsPeace associates in all programs and departments. The Clinical Development Specialist serves as a partner with program / department leadership in the mentoring and development of new and veteran staff as well as participates in the implementation and auditing of program design within KidsPeace.

This member of the OD#T maintains a special focus on clinical training including KidsPeace Institute events, continuing clinical education, and the orientation of new associates in a clinical role. The Clinical Staff Development Specialist also serves as a TeenCentral administrator, a lead responder on the KidsPeace Critical Incident Response Team and will assist the Clinical Training Manager in meeting the demands of clinical training contracts which come through Spyglass. The Clinical Staff Development Specialist reports to the Clinical Training Manager.# Design, develop and deliver ongoing and new relevant training programs for the organization.

Provide in-class instruction as needed or required to meet department goals, including instructing all levels of current approved KidsPeace restraint methodologies and practices.# # Training experience preferred.
