Position Details

This role will have partially remote options and, when in office, can work out of our Bethlehem, Reading, Philadelphia, or other PA offices.

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the training of staff in the DDTT/ITS product line, provides clinical consultation to teams as needed, and assists with program implementation. The Clinical Specialist also supports the development of DDTT/ITS employees and the quality of services delivered.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.

  • Two years experience providing treatment services to individuals with diagnosis of IDD and/or MH.

  • One year experience providing clinical supervision to staff.

Non-licensed clinician must have increased direct supervision by a licensed professional and must be actively working toward licensure.

  • Have knowledge in behavior modification techniques such as Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

Preferred:

  • Current and unrestricted clinical license in PA, OH or CA OR

NADD-Clinical Certification OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
