Brainlab is currently recruiting a Clinical Specialist in the Surgery Business
working in the Mid-Atlantic Region in Winston-Salem, NC.

Job: Clinical Specialists work with clients physicians and other medical
personnel to provide clinical guidance and product support in real time during


Provide on-site consulting, guidance and assistance to physicians and OR
personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery in order to
maximize IGS (Image Guided Surgery) product efficiency and usage
Analyze, resolve and repair product issues through detailed analysis and
utilization of engineering expertise
Direct and assist Radiology staff in performing necessary scans prior to
Educate/train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff,
Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical and Information Technologies
staff, on the use of IGS products and services
Develop and conduct training programs for hospital staff enabling them to
implement in-house training
Act as primary customer liaison, maintaining contact with customer,
assessing satisfaction and usage levels, and working to increase revenue via the
sale of spare parts, upgrades, etc.
Work closely with the Senior Application Consultant, Area Account Manager,
Key Account Manager and Marketing Manager on market transparency, upgrade
initiatives and R&D projects
Utilize engineering expertise to contribute to the quality improvement
process by recommending product modifications
Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote IGS products and
Keep abreast of developments regarding Brainlab and competitive IGS products
and services via ongoing training and individual research and analysis
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Experience:

B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering,
Clinical Engineering, or Nursing required
1-3 years experience in a technical support role preferably for a healthcare
company or Provider
1-2 years sales experience with healthcare company preferred
Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology preferred
Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make
independent decisions

VIEW JOBS 4/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-16T00:00 General Statement of Duties Benefits Supplemental Questions The Forsyth County Department of Social Services is seeking to hire an experienced professional to fill a Licensed Clinical Social Worker position within its Family and Children's Division. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children (birth - 21 years old) in Forsyth County who have been reported to be abused, neglected, and/or dependent juveniles. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker supports these goals by providing therapy to families and children who have experienced trauma and neglect. Clinicians also provide therapy to post adoption cases (as necessary) as well as attend court, submit court reports and recommendations, and testify in those cases in which they have involvement. This position is being re-advertised. All current applicants are still being considered. Distinguishing Features: This Licensed Clinical Social Worker position supports birth, foster and adoptive families as they work to overcome adverse experiences. Most therapy sessions take place in the office; however, some sessions may take place off site. Team collaboration is a critical component of the job as siblings are often seen by other Licensed Clinical Social Workers in the department. The ability to communicate clearly with social work staff, court staff, and parents is crucial to being successful in this role. Job responsibilities take place Monday - Friday with some flexibility in setting your own work hours. Minimum Education and Experience: Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW) and three (3) years of social work or counseling experience. A higher education level may be considered as a substitution for all or part of the experience requirement. Must be certified to practice as a Clinical Social Worker as required by the NC Social Work Certification Board. Training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Parent Child Interaction Therapy is preferred. Valid driver's license required.
