The Clinical Services and Training Manager holds a key position within the Central allcove Team (CaT) at the Center for Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing (CYMHW) in Stanford's Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of the allcove program, the Clinical Services and Training Manager will perform two critical functions. First and foremost, the provision of clinical youth mental health and youth-centerd care expertise to ensure the quality and safety of the allcove program across the network of centers, and secondly, the development and implementation of training and knowledge mobilization systems and processes to support the successful implementation of this innovative program across the center network.
Reporting to the Center Director of the allcove Central team, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, the Clinical Services & Training Manager administers, oversees and develops the clinical program of the allcove model with the clinical team, ensuring the seamless delivery of mental health and substance use services for youth and young adults. The Manager provides clinical leadership for the development, delivery and evaluation of services, outcomes, and care planning for youth and young adults and acts as a clinical resource for all cove sites to staff, students and the interdisciplinary team with CaT and across the allcove network.
Duties include:
Independently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities of the allcove program by identifying and executing tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the goals of the program.
May participate in development of budgets, monitor, and approve expenditures. May perform limited forecasting and provide recommendations that determine the budget.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

WORK STANDARDS:
The expected pay range for this position is $99,015 - $126,383 per annum.
