Clinical Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the back office staff while also serving the providers to the fullest utilization of licensure. The Clinic Services Supervisor (CSS) works in collaboration with the Care Team to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
Performs clinical duties, maintains and operates medical and laboratory equipment, assisting in the care of patients, triage calls and walk in's as well as monitor and track employee performance as it relates to clinical practice and safety.
It is the primary purpose of CHCCC to provide the highest quality of total care possible to the patient population it serves. Such a level of quality depends ultimately on the staff's desire and ability to work together, individually, and as a team.
The employee is expected to be professional, punctual, maintain regular attendance, cooperative, organized, and enthusiastic at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the management, planning, and coordination of services to complex medical patients in the CHC health system.
Participates in patient population management as it relates to clinical services taking into account cultural diversity and local resources.
Participates in care coordination by providing follow up phone calls and pre-visit checklists.
Traige phone calls and walk-in services when necessary.
Develop relationships with hi risk patients and anticipate what needs they may encounter.
Develop the ability to refer to other team members.
Other duties as assigned
Education and Training:
Current, valid California RN license.
Current CPR-BLS card. Two years experience. Knowledge of current regulatory and compliance guidelines.
