As a Clinical Resource Director, you will be responsible for working with the Division Supply Chain Team to implement the strategic direction of Supply Cost Management within a facility. This position is responsible for reviewing and optimizing the current GPO contract portfolio, developing and executing product standardization with a facility in conjunction with the Division Supply Chain Team. This position is responsible for building strategic alliances with Hospital Executive staff with emphasis on the COO, CNO and Clinical Department Directors at it relates to successfully executing the Supply Chain Operations Plan.

In this role you will:

  • Develops and implements strategies and processes for reducing supply expense/adjusted admission for product standardization and utilization.

  • Monitors utilization and cost data and identifies waste.

  • Develops and facilitates clinical product committees to reduce the number of SKUs by standardization, increase product quality, evaluate processes and introduce new products.

  • Actively interacts with the clinicians performing the departmental tasks to identify improvement opportunities and develop/implement continuous quality improvement process regarding supply/labor practices and recommends cost reductions.

  • Actively participates and communicates with Medical Staff and clinical staff to monitor, communicate, and make improvements to utilization profiling.

  • Actively participates, communicates and educates all affected departments, physicians, and medical management personnel regarding product and procedure changes.

  • Maintains and communicates financial and performance measurements as gauge of standardization/utilization success.

  • Collaborate with physicians in identifying and implementing improvements and standardization. Measures and continuously verifies process improvements and cost savings.


  • An undergraduate degree required and Master's degree preferred.


  • Nursing or healthcare experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in this job description.

  • Understanding of utilization and productivity in a variety of clinical settings.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: RN preferred. At least 5-years clinical management level experience may substitute for a RN license.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the ERP Education Software Solution Sales Executive (ERP ESE) role is responsible for positioning Frontline human capital management and enterprise software solution products and services to prospective K-12 school districts. The heart of the ERP ESE role is to create long-term, consultative relationships with new and existing clients in the K-12 markets.  To be successful as an ERP ESE, you must be comfortable partnering with School Districts and School Boards to influence the buying decision process.  The ERP Education Software Solution Sales Executive will cultivate relationships and engage with clients to uncover significant client needs to position appropriate solutions that create value and efficiencies.  Our ERP ESEs work diligently to earn a deep understanding of Frontline Education's solutions as well as knowledge of the industry and accounts within the territory.   They will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of significant client concerns to be able to propose, describe and defend appropriate solutions in the form of value propositions. Consistent application of this process enables a diligent salesperson to meet or exceed all sales goals, performance quotas and process expectations in his or her assigned territory. Doing so will effectively promote Frontline Technologies and will require significant industry, company and account knowledge. It will also require Frontline product knowledge and successful sales techniques and professional sales skills. Responsibilities Critical Performance Objectives: * Establish regionally focused sales strategy focused on large and mid-sized school districts in the region. * Winning new SaaS revenue in ERP/SIS * Calling on senior-level executive contacts; including CFO, CIO, School District Superintendents, and HR Directors * Achieve assigned quota * Prospecting the assigned territory to achieve a qualified pipeline of three times the annual revenue quota. * Developing profiles of named accounts within the assigned territories * Performing Customer Needs Analysis * Develop and drive Solution selling strategy to increase bundle adoption rate. * Develop deep understanding of the challenges facing Frontline customers and recommend appropriate solutions * Demonstrate a tenacious commitment to win. Qualifications Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or higher * Minimum of 7+ years' experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quota of $800k or higher-preferably in education community related field or software sales. * Additionally, 3+ years of SaaS sales experience required. * Pre-existing K12 relationships and platform sales preferred * A driven sales professional with the ability to leverage professional networks, attend conventions, conference and association meetings * Maintain a robust pipeline and an effective relationship-based account plan in Frontline's CRM tool leading to successfully retirement of quota. * Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills with prospects, customers, internal staff and management. * Lead the RFP process.
