Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator

Description:

Community Hospital in Doylestown, PA is looking for a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to join their team. Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of PA.

This individual will be responsible for coordinating multi-specialty national clinical trials.

• Screen, identify and enroll/monitor patients who are selected for DH Research Protocols

• Liaison and provide direction to the PI's for planning, protocol compliance

• Follow Up and reporting of clinical trials

• Maintaining regulatory binders

• Effectively communicate with all hospital disciplines

Clinical research, cardiology, Pre-screening patients, regulatory documents, regulatory submission, patient recruitment, irb, Enrollment, Chart review, Clinical trial, GI, Screening, Budgets, Contracts

Additional Information:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in PA

• Bachelor's degree

• Critical care nursing or extensive on-the-job training in the Cardiology Realm of medicine required

• Clinical Research experience preferred

• 2 years experience in CCU, ICU, ED and/or Cath Lab is preferred

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology

• Requires proficiency with computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.

• Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment

• Must be extremely flexible

• Must be able to work with a team consisting of physicians, nurses, technicians, secretarial staff and other hospital supporting departments and personnel

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
