Community Hospital in Doylestown, PA is looking for a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to join their team. Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of PA.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating multi-specialty national clinical trials.
Screen, identify and enroll/monitor patients who are selected for DH Research Protocols
Liaison and provide direction to the PI's for planning, protocol compliance
Follow Up and reporting of clinical trials
Maintaining regulatory binders
Effectively communicate with all hospital disciplines
Skills:
Clinical research, cardiology, Pre-screening patients, regulatory documents, regulatory submission, patient recruitment, irb, Enrollment, Chart review, Clinical trial, GI, Screening, Budgets, Contracts
Additional Information:
Licensed Registered Nurse in PA
Bachelor's degree
Critical care nursing or extensive on-the-job training in the Cardiology Realm of medicine required
Clinical Research experience preferred
2 years experience in CCU, ICU, ED and/or Cath Lab is preferred
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Requires proficiency with computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment
Must be extremely flexible
Must be able to work with a team consisting of physicians, nurses, technicians, secretarial staff and other hospital supporting departments and personnel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
