Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Nurse to coordinate and oversee clinical operations of clinical trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in clinical research studies under the supervision of the principal investigator. Key responsibilities include assisting in trial preparation, acting as a liaison on regulatory issues, recruiting and evaluating study patients, conducting nursing assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing of clinical trial activities.

Hard Skills

• Clinical research experience

• Graduate of NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing

• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience

• FDA regulatory knowledge

• IND reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to lift a minimum of 5 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 5 lbs., and stand for a minimum of 6 hours a day. The work environment is fast-paced and high-pressure, suitable for individuals who thrive in such settings. The team is diverse and quickly welcomes hardworking individuals. Flexible work hours are available, with the typical schedule including four 10-hour days between 7 AM and 6 PM. Initial 90 days require Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift, with subsequent shifts based on coverage and tenure.
