Our client, a newly formed department at a prestigious research university, is seeking a Senior Post Award Analyst. This role demands expertise in financial management within a clinical trials setting, a strong background in research accounting, and a keen understanding of compliance and auditing. Provide expert management of financial aspects of clinical trials post-award. Liaise with SPA and research accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Run detailed financial reports on clinical trials, focusing on budget adherence and expenditure monitoring.

Oversee and ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to clinical research billing. Conduct audits and reviews to maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and reporting, with a focus on clinical research or healthcare. Strong understanding of clinical research billing compliance and regulations. Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. High proficiency in financial software and adaptability to new technologies. M3 LIMD2
