GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
Per diem interviewer (6-10 hours weekly) for a fast-paced research unit focusing on the study of behavioral healthcare disparities. Must be fully bilingual in Spanish (native level proficiency). The individual hired will have a key role in the data collection process for a study focused on mental health care disparities.
Tasks include contacting participants and conducting roughly 1 hour structured interviews, in person or by phone. Responsible for uploading audio interview audio recordings and tracking materials and taking part in protocols to ensure participant safety. Good opportunity for individual to combine with other part time work or studies and to garner research experience.
Self-starter with excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize and manage data from multiple sources.
Personable and able to work well as a member of a team and interface with individuals across a wide range of disciplines and experience.
Ability to work well with technology and willingness to work with new technology.
Fluent in Spanish.
Travel to local study sites in Greater Boston/Lowell required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required
New graduates with some relevant course/project work or those without any prior research experience will be considered for the Clinical Research Coordinator I position outlined above.
Those with a minimum of 1-2 years of directly related work experience will be considered for a Clinical Research Coordinator II position.
