Job Description:

The Clinical Recruitment Partner will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource related strategic recruitment functions for the designated business lines supported within UnityPoint Health. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsibility for all recruitment related functions in sourcing and hiring top talent for UnityPoint Health.

  • Participating in analyzing, evaluating, administering, and recommending best in class short and long term recruitment strategies, including sourcing, building talent pipe-lines, forecasting staffing needs and workforce planning.

  • Executing on best practice to achieve best in class candidate experience as well as talent acquisition metrics both regionally and system-wide.

  • Project management for applicable HR and/or system-wide projects.

Requirements Include:

~Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.

~Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR with an emphasis on recruitment or equivalent experience.

~Prior project management experience

~Knowledge of legal implications as it relates to recruitment.

~Effective communication skills.

~Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

~Ability to quickly build strong working relationships with a variety of people.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

~Prior healthcare recruitment or staffing company experience.

~Prior training and development experience.

~Prior experience with Lawson HRIS system.

~Prior experience with IBM/Kenexa BrassRing ATS system.

~Prior experience with iCIMS ATS system.

VIEW JOBS 4/27/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-26T00:00 Job Description The Clinical Supervisor for the CAP Day Treatment Program shall serve in a dual role comprised of the functions and responsibilities described for the Clinical Coordinator and for the Clinician roles in Wisconsin DHS Chapter 40, as well as additional responsibilities as defined by the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. This person will serve in both a supervisory role for the other Day Treatment Program personnel, as a designee of the Program Director (Nurse Manager), and as a direct clinical care provider for patients and families. * Clinical care coordination of services that span across the continuum of care provided to patients in the Day Treatment Program, and which include but are not limited to: oversight for patient intake, throughput and transitions, from referral to discharge, and the utilization of evidence-based care for all aspects of Day Treatment which also meet the regulatory requirements of DHS Chapter 40. * The person in this position will serve as a direct supervisor for all non-nursing program personnel, as a designee of the Program Director (Nurse Manager). This includes assisting the Program Director (Nurse Manager) with education to support the ongoing learning and professional development of all program personnel to ensure the delivery of safe, multidisciplinary, and high-quality patient care and services and to meet the educational requirements for mental health care providers as defined by Wisconsin DHS. * The person in the position will provide focused Clinical Supervision as defined in Wisconsin DHS Chapter 40 for all direct care providers in the Day Treatment Program. * The person in this position will provide direct clinical care to patients and their families and/or caregivers on an "as needed" basis, and in keeping with direct cares associated with the roles of "Mental Health Professional" and "Clinician" as defined by Wisconsin DHS Chapter 40. Required Qualifications: * Master of Science Degree in Counseling, or Marriage and Family Studies, or Master of Science Degree in Social Work * Previous experience in an inpatient or outpatient mental health setting. * Credentialed in the state of Wisconsin as either an LPC, an LMFT, or an LCSW. * CPI (Non-violent Crisis Intervention) certified or completion with 90 days * Demonstrated skill in problem solving, conflict resolution and critical thinking * Crisis intervention management skills * Ability to communicate effectively with children, adolescents and adults Preferred Qualifications: * Master of Science Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work * Previous experience in an inpatient or outpatient mental health setting serving children and adolescents. * Previous experience as a direct supervisor for clinical staff. * Credentialed in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) * Prior supervisory experience in a health care setting EEO/M/F/D/V Meriter Healthcare Madison WI
