The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Also, for the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This is a work from home position.

QualificationsEducation Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of related experience.

  • High-Volume Recruiting experience preferred.

  • Has previous experience in staffing positions that match job requirements (clinical).

  • Has good understanding of the health care industry, the company and its competitors.

  • Has performed full life cycle recruiting, to include pre-closing of candidates.

  • Possesses extensive experience in recruiting, HR, compliance (legal) issues, etc.

Skill Requirements

  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.

  • Must have a keen understanding of employment law.

  • Must possess stellar interpersonal skills.

Additional Details POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Obtains pre-authorizations from designated payer (Medicaid or Commercial Insurance) on all non-Medicare patients according to payer requirements in a timely manner. * Verifies eligibility for all Medicare and Non-Medicare patients. * Determines authorization requirements for all incoming referrals. * Reports patient s clinical status to insurance Case Manager and obtains authorization for continued visits through the pre-certification process. * When appropriate, appeals denials with additional clinical information or documentation. * Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information. * Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment * Performs other office duties as assigned. QualificationsExperience Requirements 1. Prior experience with eligibility and/or authorizations for Medicaid and/or Commercial Insurance patients required. 2. Experience working for a multi-state organization preferred 3. Demonstrated understanding of the home health delivery system preferred; health care experience required. 4. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. 5. Must be well organized and be able to manage time effectively. 6. Must have ability to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7.
