The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Also, for the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This is a work from home position.

QualificationsEducation Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of related experience.

  • High-Volume Recruiting experience preferred.

  • Has previous experience in staffing positions that match job requirements.

  • Has good understanding of the health care industry, the company and its competitors.

  • Has performed full life cycle recruiting, to include pre-closing of candidates.

  • Possesses extensive experience in recruiting, HR, compliance (legal) issues, etc.

Skill Requirements

  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.

  • Must have a keen understanding of employment law.

  • Must possess stellar interpersonal skills.

VIEW JOBS 7/15/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-10-13T00:00 Overview The LPN Care Coordinator works collaboratively with a qualified healthcare professional and Patient Care Coordinator to provide comprehensive care for patients including but not limited to: arranging outpatient testing, ordering durable medical equipment, and arranging specialist referrals. Additionally, LPN Care Coordinators will be available to assist their assigned Nurse Practitioners with placing orders as needed, relaying results and changes to plan of care to patients/caregivers and ensuring all information is documented accurately in the patient's EMR. All time spent on this effort is documented in Aprima Care Management Tool. As a member of the clinical staff they work under the direction and general supervision of a qualified health care professional and are allowed to assist in the performance of specified professional services on their behalf. This includes determining if patient needs access to immediate care and establishing means for providing access to care with collaborative partners.*Responsible for management of care of patients between and among healthcare providers, including but not limited to: arranging referrals to specialist providers, arranging outpatient testing, and communicating with existing specialists. This includes ensuring that appropriate and accurate medical information is provided to healthcare providers and that patients are following up with healthcare providers as required.*Monitor incoming e-mail, phone calls, and voicemails throughout day and respond within same business day regarding all matters pertaining to patient care and provider concerns.*Place Services Ordered when requested by provider and assign task messages to the appropriate Patient Care Coordinator and/or other office staff to complete tasks as ordered by the ordering Nurse Practitioner.*Relay test results and new orders to patients as instructed by Nurse practitioner. Relay patient concerns to Nurse Practitioner to address as indicated in appropriate guidelines or by supervisor.*Completes a check-in call with Nurse Practitioner(s) as requested by Nurse Practitioner to identify and relay messages in their message center that may require attention. Takes verbal orders from the provider and follows through with completion of order and documentation.*Documents all actions taken in accordance with orders from Nurse Practitioner. Documents all interactions with and regarding patients in the EMR with the number of minutes spent coordinating care documented in the Care Management slider.*Communicates with assigned Patient Care Coordinator to ensure all orders placed by Nurse Practitioner are processed and followed up on appropriately. Notifies appropriate Patient Care Coordinator of any planned time off and ensures appropriate coverage of duties.*Completes special projects as assigned.Attends Company and industry-related meetings, as required.Establishes individual goals which are aligned with the Company's business strategies and objectives.Functions as a contributing member of the department's team and other teams, as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned by executive leadership.
