The Position: We are looking for a Clinical Quality Systems Specialist, who is willing to embrace McKinleys mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The role of the Clinical Quality Systems Specialist is to improve the lives of children and families by ensuring that the services provided to children and their families meet the highest standards of services in the child welfare industry. This position will allow you to work, learn and collaborate with other professionals, and help McKinley achieve their mission.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay were offering is $66,560 - $75,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in social work/social welfare, counseling, or a related field
Pre-licensed - clinical social worker (LCSW) or LMFT preferred.
Experience working in behavioral health field including data collection and auditing preferred
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports. Some knowledge of state regulatory policies and accreditation standards pertaining to mental health service delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office-related software
Possess superior oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and organized
Able to work independently and organize multiple projects with minimum supervision
Able to work as a team member
Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and staff
Able represent the agency professionally and appropriately with all constituencies
Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus
Ability to lift 10 pounds for filing
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Title 22 GH standards, DMH guidelines, ORR Unaccompanied Minor policy guidelines, etc.
Review and assess current clinical practices for all Mental Health and Foster care programs to ensure good quality services is being provided.
Develop and implement schedules to conduct random Clinical case record reviews, Clinical case studies, satisfaction surveys for all programs as directed
Collaborate with all program representatives to help ensure that the children and families we serve receive the services they need, and that the services provided met the highest standards of excellence.
Collaborate with the Mental Health, Non Public School, Residential/STRTP, Unaccompanied Children staff to improve systems and processes to help make the services provided to the children and families more efficient and fulfilling.
Present information and interact with leadership, including the CEO, and collaborate with leadership in the implementation of strategic and Performance Improvement initiatives
Work with programs during outside audits and reviews to ensure Corrective Action Plans are implemented, and best practices are used to improve the program.
Assess the satisfaction of services by soliciting feedback from children, families and stakeholders.
Collaborate with McKinleys leadership in the development and implementation of Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Assist the agency in maintaining compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies, maintain accreditation status through the Council on Accreditation (COA) and/or other accreditation bodies.
Participate in the training of employees on legal, contractual, regulatory and accreditation standards
Actively participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process as assigned
