Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a 'Clinical Quality Director' position which will be responsible for overseeing quality management and performance improvement efforts in the areas of medical utilization and Medicaid long-term care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In this role you will provide support and oversight to a team of approximately six Quality Assurance Nurses. You will support a comprehensive gap analysis to determine the extent of effectiveness and operational prowess of Arizona's publicly-funded services to people who have disabilities. You will then help to develop meaningful solutions and design and implement policies, procedures, and processes related to large scale quality management and performance improvement of services. Additionally, you will directly and indirectly lead a wide array of stakeholders to achieve system-wide improvements.

You're a well-qualified for this position if you possess these minimum qualifications:
Licensed in Arizona as a Registered Nurse
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) by the NAHQ
7+ years of experience working within or consulting for CMS and/or a state Medicaid agency
Successful track record leading largescale quality improvement, utilization review and performance improvement, peer review, and risk management initiatives
