Position Summary Under the leadership of the Assistant Director, Quality Management, the Clinical Quality/Risk Management Analyst is responsible for providing timely reports, data analysis and information to support successful decision making, action planning and implementation. Supports standard, scheduled operational reports as well as ad-hoc reporting requests. Plans/coordinates data entry and data array for effective support of organizational performance improvement activities. Interacts effectively with nursing, physicians, and other clinical providers. Experience: Mastery of complete MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience with data analysis and interpretation is preferred. Prior experience with SQL, SSRS and database management preferred. Familiarity with statistical process control techniques is preferred. Knowledge of Title 22, Joint Commission standards, CMS Conditions of Participation and other regulatory agency requirements is preferred. Education: Bachelor#s degree in healthcare-related area of study, computer science and/or relevant work experience.

From the homes of U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command to the highways of suburban Virginia, ASO experts and professionals work behind the scenes to ensure smooth and continuous operation The Quality Assurance (QA)/Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Manager will operate independently from the local management with a direct line of communication to HSE corporate quality office. The QA/HSE is responsible for all aspects of quality, environmental management, and safety under this effort to encompass materiel maintenance, supply services and ammunition supply services. Responsibilities: * Lead, manage, and plan the quality assurance, safety and environmental activities performed by the team. * Audit technical and managerial processes to ensure compliance. * Records and tracks non-compliance issues to closure. * Ensures QA processes are followed, based on customer life cycle management procedures. Provides development of Quality Management System and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract. * Provides an independent assessment of how the project's processes are being implemented relative to the defined processes and recommends methods to optimize the organization's processes. * May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. * Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. * Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality across a broad range of project functions, including facilities operations and maintenance, logistics and transportation, communications, multiple personnel support services, environmental support, airfield operations and more. * Responsible for enforcing and implementing the Environmental Safety & Occupational Health (ESOH) Program in accordance with local, state federal and contractual (PWS) requirements. * Works as a member of the project management team to ensure monitoring, implementation, review and continuous improvement of the ESOH. * Serve as "Competent and/or Qualified Person" for all related project activities. * Coordinate response to on-site emergencies, and interface with off-site and on-site emergency response entities. * Closely collaborate with customer regarding health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. * Complete all safety related documentation and paperwork and ensure organized management thereof. * Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with all applicable safety, health and environmental requirements and regulations, as well as applicable local Governmental or military regulations or orders. * Identify operational and or work scope changes which require modification or revision to health and safety procedures and site safety documents, and ensure that the procedure modifications are implemented and documented through activity hazard analysis (AHA) or other documentation. * PPE selection and inventory management. * Assist in conducting and documenting regular safety briefings. * Coordinate and lead the reporting and investigation of Incidents and "Near Misses." * Perform corporate required worksite safety program inspections and reviews. * Conduct Site-Specific and contract required Safety, HAZCOM/ HAZMAT trainings. * Candidate must be an excellent communicator at all levels from project management team to corporate Health Safety & Environmental channels and leadership. * Candidates must demonstrate ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously; as well as the ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently. * The candidate must be capable of quickly learning and using technology concepts and methods to support project operations, with the flexibility to support multiple changing project needs. * Strong personal leadership, management and organization skills as well as the ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions to provide overall efficient and effective contract operations. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Candidates must demonstrate ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously; as well as the ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently. * The candidate must be capable of quickly learning and using technology concepts and methods to support project operations, with the flexibility to support multiple changing project needs. * Strong personal leadership, management and organization skills as well as the ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions to provide overall efficient and effective contract operations * Requires minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in the direct execution of quality control and quality management for Logistics Operations in a military industrial environment (preferably on a Department of Defense Installation) leading multi-disciplined teams in the logistics support functional areas addressed by the contract. * High school diploma required. * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired. * Must have demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and typical computer applications and demonstrated communication, analytic and problem-solving, team building and collaboration skills. * The ability to resolve problems quickly by determining appropriate courses of action and involving the correct personnel or functions is required. * Must be flexible and have well developed interpersonal skills. * Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Security Clearance. * Demonstrated successful leadership of project teams in support of health, safety and environmental duties and responsibilities in a Government or Military contract environment. * Excellent writing and speaking skills to facilitate communicate at all levels. * Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Work skills. * Excellent team member, organizational and planning skills. * OSHA 30 Hour General Industry or Construction Safety Course completion within last 5 years and strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 or 1926. * The QA/HSE SPC must have a minimum of seven (4) years of experience performing quality, safety, and environmental management. * The QA/HSE must have a comprehensive knowledge of quality, safety and environmental governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions and be familiar with and able to manage an ISO 9001:2008 compliant program. * The QA/HSE Manager must have the ability to establish program objectives, advise, and analyze performance goals and assess industrial safety programs. * Must also have experience with automated HAZMAT supply systems, the Enterprise Environmental Safety and Occupational Health – Management Information System (EESOH‐MIS). * Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans and prepare reports, plans and working instructions. * Familiar with logistic operations. Particular Central Receiving Point, Maintenance, Ammunition Supply Point, SSMO and Hazard waste.
