Works in collaboration with developmental-behavioral pediatrician, child neurologist, behavioral health providers, rehabilitative therapy providers, hospital staff and community providers. **In this position, you will:** In this position, you will: + Provide diagnostic psychological evaluations and consultation for patients in a clinical setting, including, but not limited to: + psychological testing for children and adolescents age 4 to 18 with neurodevelopmental disabilities (autism, ADHD, learning disability, intellectual disability, FASD), neurologic conditions (neurofibromatosis, tuberous sclerosis, epilepsy, prematurity, brain injury) and genetic disorders (Fragile X, Downs Syndrome, other chromosomal abnormalities) + Develop appropriate and relevant recommendations for patients + Participate in case review and case conferences. + Provide documentation and charting. + Plan and participate in any new programs. + Make presentations to groups; participate in staff training when appropriate + Coordinate care with other agencies such as school psychologists **Qualifications:** **Required qualifications for this position include:** + PhD or equivalent in clinical psychology + Current Alaska state Psychologist license + Board certified or working toward certification + 2 years’ experience in clinical setting **Preferred qualifications for this position include:** + Specialty in neuropsychology or other psychology certifications **About Providence Alaska Medical Center:** Providence Health & Services Alaska is among nation’s best employers for healthy lifestyles!
