Salary Range: $87,252 to $113,428 / Per Year Open Period: 3/14/2019 to 4/24/2019 Summary:

Individual Occupational Requirements BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Clinical psychology: For positions at grades GS-11 and above, satisfactory completion of all the requirements for the doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology is required. In addition, to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below- SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR:

APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THE FOLLOWING SELECTIVE FACTOR ARE INELIGIBLE FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION: Licensure - Must possess and maintain a valid, current, unrestricted license or certification in a state as a Clinical Psychologist.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: GS-13:
Apply professional psychology principles, practices and procedures to assess, diagnose and treat a full range of psychiatric disorders, formulate and implement a plan of care, provide consultation to other health care providers and referral sources, perform psychological testing, i.e., intelligence, achievement, personality, behavior, dementia, memory and neuropsychological screening, write professional reports to communication effectively with patients, other health care providers, courts and other referral sources, provide suicide prevention and crisis intervention/emergency services to individuals or at a community level.
