Clinical Program Supervisor - Intensive- DBT

The Clinical Program Supervisor for Dialectical Behavior Treatment (DBT) Services directly works with and oversees the DBT Team providing clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to staff. This supervisory role would assist the program manager in the day-to-day management, supervision, development of program services and manage program's quality of service and program needs; in addition to providing services to individual consumers, families and the program. The Clinical Program Supervisor would be responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with clients, client's families, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs and external resources. This position would lead the DBT Team in providing high fidelity evidence-based care and diverting consumers from psychiatric inpatient admissions and emergency department visits.

• At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community based mental health setting is required.

• Supervisory experience required.

• Training in DBT as an evidence-based practice is preferred.

Starting Salary: $66,465-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or other license-eligible field is required.

• Licensure as a professional counselor, clinical social worker or clinical psychologist with the State of Virginia is required.
