Clinical Program Manager

Position Summary: Program Manager should have excellent leadership and communication skills in addition to current knowledge and clinical experience treating mental health and eating disorders. The Program Manager directly manages staff members, oversees the eating disorder program and assists with the operations of the clinical program. This position directly interfaces with the Clinical Director, Medical Director and Management Team. Management and administrative experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in clinical field including, but not limited to a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a clinical setting.

• Experience in program management preferred

• Current knowledge on evidence-based, trauma-focused and effective models for treating eating disorders and/or mental health.

• Current knowledge working with the LGBTQIA+ and/or other diverse populations

• Valid Driver's License required

• Competency in computer applications including Microsoft Office

• Superb written and verbal communication skills required

• Excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills required
