The Refuge

  • A Healing Place, a leading residential treatment facility for adults that specializes in SUD, Trauma, PTSD and Mental Health offering comprehensive treatment services to individuals who have been struggling with trauma, addiction, eating disorders and other mental and behavioral health Issues. The Refuge is seeking a full time primary therapist to join our team! This position will hold a primary caseload of at least 8 clients and conduct Trauma and Recovery Groups. Full time

Responsibilities

Position Summary: Program Manager should have excellent leadership and communication skills in addition to current knowledge and clinical experience treating Eating Disorders. The Program Manager directly manages staff members, oversees the group therapy component of the program and assists with the operations of the clinical program. This position directly interfaces with the Clinical Director, Medical Director and Management Team. Management and administrative experience preferred.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed in clinical field including, but not limited to a LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist with a minimum of 2 years working with clients with Eating Disorders

  • CEDS or other relevant eating disorder credential preferred

  • Experience in Program Development and Program Management preferred

  • Current knowledge on evidence-based, trauma-focused and effective models for treating eating disorders

  • Current knowledge working with the LGBTQIA+ community

  • Valid Driver's License required

  • Competency in computer applications including Microsoft Office

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills required

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills required
