Description

As the Clinical Program Management Lead reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer at Verily, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the development and innovation of the Clinical organization. This includes utilizing clinical expertise to support clinical programs and partnering with internal cross-functional teams to drive efficient and collaborative partnerships and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross functional partners to ensure alignment and prioritization of work and lead special projects (e.g. EvGen, Data Science, Granular, UX, Product)

• Leverage clinical background to identify issues and problem solve.

• Apply business acumen in understanding complex internal and external dependencies.

• Coordinate complex initiatives within the clinical organization from inception to operational readiness

• Operate as an extension of the Chief Clinical Officer by providing input on the design, strategy, and execution of Verily's clinical programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, science, business, or related field.

• 10 years of work experience in clinical, product, operations, or consulting roles.

• 5 years of project management experience with medium to large-scale, complex organizations within the healthcare or life sciences industries.

• Experience working cross functionally across multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, UX, product, and Data Science with a proven track record of successfully influencing without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, MD) preferred.

• Strong communication skills across multiple levels of an organization including senior leadership.

• Experience in a start-up environment with a demonstrated ability to be hands-on, adaptable and flexible.

• Experience working in product-focused organizations with a proven track record in commercializing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000 - $252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
