We're seeking a visionary Clinical Pharmacy Manager to spearhead our pharmacy clinical programs in San Antonio, Texas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape patient care through cutting-edge pharmaceutical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive pharmacy clinical programs
• Manage formulary and develop evidence-based policies and procedures
• Provide clinical consultations and suggest cost-effective therapeutic alternatives
• Lead antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
• Oversee drug utilization reviews and optimize medication therapy management
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient care discussions
• Mentor pharmacy staff and drive continuous improvement in clinical services

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (required)
• Active Pharmacist license in Texas (required)
• Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience (required)
• BCPS certification (preferred)
• PGY2 residency or fellowship completion (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and Microsoft Office suite
