The Clinical Pharmacist Float- Inpatient position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Clinical Pharmacist functions include patient education, management of medical staff approved protocols, and participation in multi-disciplinary rounds
Distribution pharmacy responsibilities include order review, order entry, admixing IV's and preparing unit dose medications for nursing, code blue participation, and competency in core clinical functions
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
Graduate of accredited college of pharmacy required
Valid Indiana Pharmacist License must be obtained
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area
This position is for a clinical pharmacist interested in covering clinical areas as well as distribution activities. Must be available to float to Community North and Community South
