Ensures optimal drug therapy by designing therapy, monitoring and dispensing medications, and directing
the work of supportive staff to maximize positive patient outcomes. Reports to Pharmacy Supervisor or

Education Required: BS degree in Pharmacy required.
Experience Required: Hospital pharmacy experience required.
Experience Preferred: Pharmacy residency or other advanced training preferred.
Connecticut Pharmacy license required.
