Clinical Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of their department ensuring all clients and patients' needs are addressed in a timely manner, excellent customer service is delivered and quality is maintained.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the activities of personnel in the operation of their respective functional areas within the Holter department
Lead and train Holter Technicians (7 to 15 direct reports) related to company policies and procedures.
Monitor, evaluate personnel in the current monitoring practices to ensure compliance.
Analysis and focus on quality and efficiency measurements
Problem solving of practice, physician and patient service issues
Assist in the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of policies, procedures and processes
Assist in annual performance review of technicians
Analyze and focus on monitoring staff quality and productivity
Approve bi-weekly payroll
Develop monthly schedules
Participate in interview and hiring process
Complete monthly one on ones with direct reports
Complete annual performance reviews of direct reports
Interact with account executives and facilities
Maintain communication with Clinical manager regarding issues as they arise
Ability to perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED required
Current CRAT Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
3 5 years ECG analysis experience
Minimum one year supervisory or management experience
EKG monitoring/interpretation experience
Previous experience in computer applications
Customer service experience highly encouraged
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong team player
High stress tolerance
Must be able to rotate shifts
Able to work with Microsoft Office programs or ability to learn new programs quickly
Demonstrates effective communication skills and can work with age groups over the telephone from children to elderly adults Knowledge of EKG monitoring/interpretation and event recorders
Able to utilize or learn computer applications in job (Microsoft Office & Access, PaceArt, and others applicable to job).
Knowledge of customer service, especially telephone skills and medical documentation concepts
Has knowledge of medical ethics
