We are looking to hire a Clinical Operations Associate to our team. This is newly created hybrid position with a mix of duties covering Reception, Health Unit Coordinator and C.N.A. This position will work Monday through Friday. You must be a current Certified Nursing Assistant. Strong organizational skills, excellent computer skills and outstanding patient care qualities required.
What you will do in this role:
Greets patients and visitors
Answers phones transfers incoming calls
Manages front lobby area- contacts appropriate departments to ensure packages are being delivered, orders supplies, manages inventory of durable medical equipment
Assists Health Unit Coordinators with admissions and discharges
Manages the external appointment log
Schedules and adds new external appointments for patients
Schedules transportation and work with family members for assistance
Attends appointments with patients when needed
Manages patients' belongings closet
Assists with meal tray delivery and in hospital patient transportation
Supports administration team by:
Tracking compliance on different issues
Scheduling external interviews
Assisting with New Employee Orientation
Supports Quality Initiatives for the Nursing team
Other duties as assigned

High School diploma or GED required
Current Certified Nursing Assistant
Proficient in use of computers
Customer service experience or aptitude to be able to deal tactfully with patients, physicians, visitors and the general public
