Summary

The Nurse Manager shall lead, supervise and over-see the clinical operations of the Unit(s)

Qualifications

Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred

Licenses, Certifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida

• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification (American Heart or equivalent)

Minimum Experience

• 2 year clinical experience, 1 year supervision

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to lift 5-40 pounds.

• Occasionally may lift greater than 40 pounds with assistance of staff member and/or approved lifting device.

• Frequently required to operate standard office machines, computers and telephones.

• Frequently required to walk, bend, push and pull.

• Required to have adequate vision and hearing.
